Morning Rituals for Joyful Whole Living

A morning ritual is a routine that is done with consciousness. Having a proper morning ritual will jumpstart the rest of your day towards expressing your Full Potential Self.

1.    Walking up from a good night's sleep. Take time to be grateful for another morning to live your Full Potential Life.
2.    Get Self-Centered. More than just a Zen word, you must get Conscious. Be aware of the Nature that is within you. Be aware of your connection to the Divine Presence that is surrounding us all...just waiting to be connected to.
3.    Clean your mouth with hydrogen peroxide and water (a very diluted solution) or with natural toothpaste.
4.    Drink a liter of lemon water every morning to start your day.
5.    Elimination is a vital part of every body. If you begin to drink a 16th of a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper every evening, by morning you should have to pass a healthy bowel movement. A 16th teaspoon is a good start, not too much now! You want to gradually introduce such a spicy herb into the body system. It is recommended to take this herb in your fruit juice. It is not recommended to take Cayenne in gelatin capsule form. It would be too harsh of a shock to the system in this manner.
6.    Get moving. It does not matter what style of exercise you prefer, only that you do something every day!
7.    Use a soft nylon brush to pink up the skin and move in short strokes toward the heart. Take a shower immediately after in hot water, and then finish your shower in a mildly cool (as cool as you can stand) stream of water for about 60 seconds.
8.    Eat a nutritious and balanced breakfast
